Calling all NBCC women! Join us as we kick off our first Women’s Ministry event with a day retreat! Experience a morning of community and learning as Dr. Christine Coleman, Ph.D., LMFT, offers Biblically-based insight to guide us toward realistic and sustainable approaches to Godly self-care, fostering healthier connections with work, loved ones, oneself, and, most importantly, Christ.

Dr. Christine Coleman, PhD, Founder and CEO of POC Thriving, leverages over 15 years of clinical experience to prioritize the mental health of professionals, women, and marginalized communities. As a sought-after speaker and consultant for companies like Pinterest and The Major League Baseball Network, she champions diversity, inclusivity, and mental well-being. Dr. Coleman is also the Founder and Executive Director of Sol Sisters Inc., a nonprofit supporting women's health and empowerment, and an Executive Leadership Coach through her Women of Color Thriving network that prioritizes mental health for women of color executives. Dr. Coleman received the University of San Francisco's "Living the Mission" award for her commitment to serving women and girls and recently received the Outstanding Leadership in 2023 at the Health 2.0 Conference.
